Return and Exchanges Policy

Refunds:

Regrettably, all purchases are considered final and are transacted in US Dollars. We apologize, but we are unable to issue refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are saved into our Sweepstakes Database from where the winner will be chosen. We are unable to alter the entries for the Giveaway drawing.

Exchanges:

We gladly accept exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or style, it must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Founders Media. We will, however, ship the exchanged item back to you at no additional cost. You have the option to exchange your merchandise for an item(s) of equal value or choose an item with a higher value and cover the cost difference. Please note that we cannot accommodate exchanges that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be modified or withdrawn.

All exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase. Any concerns regarding defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days from the purchase date to be eligible for warranty replacement. After this 30-day period, we hold no further liability.

When returning items for exchange, please enclose a copy of the original invoice and any correspondence you've had with Customer Service. Specify the desired product for exchange and the preferred size. If applicable, include a screenshot of your confirmation along with your return package or forward the confirmation, along with your order number, to shop@foundersmedia.net

Please be aware that exchanges are subject to discretion upon inspection of the returned merchandise.

In the event you receive a damaged item or one that was shipped incorrectly by us, kindly reach out to Customer Support immediately.

Boxers, socks, and underwear:

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for boxer shorts, socks, or underwear items due to hygiene and safety concerns.

The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs.
